      <image:title>About - Joshua</image:title>
<image:caption>Team Supervisor Supporting individuals with diverse disabilities to develop meaningful skills, build independence, and create community connections has always been a passion of mine and an important part of my career. Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to advocate for the individuals I support, to help them achieve their personal goals, build meaningful relationships, and participate actively in their communities. IA has given me the opportunity to put these values into practice and grow professionally from working as a frontline staff to taking on a supervisory role. Each position has allowed me to learn, lead, advocate, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. I am proud to be part of a team that creates opportunities for individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Knowing that my work contributes positively to individuals, their families, and the broader community is something I truly value and take pride in.</image:caption>
